| 英文描述 | Dourine is a disease of horses seen in most of the world except the U.S and Canada. It is caused by TRYPANOSOMA EQUIPERDUM, and is spread during coitus. It is mainly a genital disease, but skin and spinal cord lesions can develop. Dx by isolation of the organism and serology by regulatory veterinarians. Peculiar raised plaques on the skin may come and go. |
